This three-volume softbound set contains the Bankruptcy Code and related statutes, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and the Federal Rules of Evidence. Following each statute section in the Code volume is the legislative history to that section beginning with the 1978 Act and all subsequent amendments to that section under Title 11. Additionally, following the legislative history are annotations from all U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Court of Appeal decisions involving matters related to those sections. Following each Bankruptcy Rule in the Rule volume are the Advisory Committee Notes and all U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Court of Appeal decisions applying those rules. These pamphlets are revised annually and are made available to all Bankruptcy Judges by the Administrative Office of the Judiciary.

Included in the set is the Quick-Reference Pamphlet, which contains in one easy to carry volume all sections in the Bankruptcy Code, all applicable Bankruptcy Rules and the Federal Rules of Evidence, each with cross-references.
