Clark, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Western District of Texas. Mr. Brown has published several articles with the Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser. He is Contributing Editor, Chapter 63-"Setoff," Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice, 2d Ed. (1994-12 Vols.). In addition to his Norton publications, Mr. Brown has published various other articles on bankruptcy issues and international religious human rights. Mr. Brown is the co-editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute's international committee newsletter. Mr. Brown is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
