HON. GLEN E. CLARK

HON. GLEN E. CLARK, United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of Utah, July 1982. J. D. degree, University of Utah, 1971, where he was Articles Editor, Utah Law Review and was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif. From 1971 to July 1982, practiced law with a Salt Lake City law firm where, prior to leaving practice, he was Director and Chairman of Banking and Commercial Law Section. His law practice included substantial commercial law and bankruptcy work. Judge Clark has been a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the University of Utah, College of Law, and an Instructor of Advanced Business Law at the University of Utah, Graduate School of Business. He has authored articles on bankruptcy and commercial law which have appeared in state and national publications. In 1986 he became Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. He has served on the Board of Governors of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges. He served as President of the NCBJ from 1992 to 1993. He is a Charter Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and is presently serving on its Board of Regents. He is also a member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit.
