JEFFREY HELLMAN

JEFFREY HELLMAN, partner in the firm of Zeisler & Zeisler, P.C., Connecticut's premier boutique bankruptcy firm. Mr. Hellman is the Chairman of the firmis litigation department. Mr. Hellman has handled a wide variety of business disputes including a wide variety of bankruptcy related issues and issues concerning or relating to the Uniform Commercial Code. He is a contributing editor of Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice, 2nd, and has lectured on various topics including the Rules of Civil Procedure and Professional Ethics. Mr. Hellman is a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree (A.B. magna cum laude 1983) from Duke University and his law degree (J.D. cum laude 1986) from the Harvard Law School. Mr. Hellman is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Districts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, the Southern District of New York and the Northern District of New York.
