We welcome exhibitors to the 2008 Norton Institutes Bankruptcy Law Seminars. The Norton Institutes are advanced seminars on bankruptcy law that are promoted nationwide to over 20,000 attorneys. Attorneys from every state in the nation attend. Additionally it is not uncommon for Judges to send their law clerks and in some cases to attend themselves. We believe our seminars offer exhibitors a golden opportunity to present products and services to a wide geographic group of the nation's leading bankruptcy attorneys. Furthermore, the relaxed half-day format provides the exhibitors plenty of opportunities to have personal contact with all of the registrants and faculty.

Reservations are subject to space availability at the seminar sites. No reservation shall be confirmed until receipt of full payment in collected funds.

Receipt of full payment will entitle Exhibitor one table exhibit and an invitation for up to two representatives to participate in all Institute activities available for registrants, which include attendance at the seminar sessions (without materials), all pre-session and break food and drinks, and scheduled receptions for registrants.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable and must be used during 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations by Exhibitor after the payment due dates, which are 30 days prior to the Institute. If for any reason the Institute is not held, Norton Institute will refund all payments made by Exhibitor for the cancelled Institute(s) and such refund will be the limit of any claim by Exhibitor against Norton Institutes for such cancellation.

Exhibitor is responsible for its own booth setup and accommodations. Norton Institutes will coordinate the booth arrangements with the hotel facility and should be advised of any arrangements made by Exhibitor directly with the hotel.
